A programme of free jester games — published in Fremantle, Western Australia
Last revised: 12 July 2026
Carnival Dispatch ("we", "us", "the troupe") publishes reviews of free-to-play casual games from 8 Phillimore St, Fremantle WA 6160, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through xomarevuli.info, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We have tried to write it the way we write everything else: plainly.
We collect only what you choose to give us through the writing desks on our correspondence page:
We do not collect information about your device beyond ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), which we review only when something breaks.
We use your information to reply to your letters, to consider your nominations, and to deliver the seasonal programme you reserved. That is the complete list. We do not build profiles, we do not analyse behaviour, and we have no interest in what you do elsewhere on the internet.
Letters and nominations are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to them when composing future programmes, then deleted. Reservation emails are kept until you unsubscribe, after which they are removed from our list within seven days.
Our correspondence is stored with an email provider whose servers may be located outside Australia. We choose providers that maintain protections consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to [email protected] and we will act within thirty days — usually much faster, as the mailbag is not large.
The Dispatch is written for a general audience and collects no information from anyone knowingly under sixteen. If you believe a young patron has written to us with personal details, contact us and we will delete the correspondence promptly.
If you feel we have mishandled your information, write to us first — we take it seriously. If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
When we revise this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be announced in the seasonal programme before they take effect.
